The diced mozzarella is a fresh stretched curd cheese obtained by processing only cow's milk. Studied down to the smallest detail to offer catering professionals a product that meets the highest expectations. It is white in color, cut into cubes. The consistency is soft, slightly elastic. It is packaged dry, not immersed in preserving liquid in order to increase the qualitative yield during cooking due to the absence of whey. Product made mainly for the filling of pizzas, rustic and fried, such as arancini and crocchè, with excellent spinning results. The main feature is that of maintaining the white color during cooking, without showing signs of burning and of blending perfectly into filled fried products.
