The Nodino di Fior Di Latte is a variant of the bocconcini, characterized by the hand-knotted shape of the spun dough. The nodini, compared to the classic mozzarella, have a slightly more tenacious dough, with a greater degree of elasticity, responsible for a light but pleasant resistance to chewing. As for the rest of the fior di latte, the nodino is produced using only fresh and carefully selected Italian cow's milk.

INGREDIENTS: Italian cow's milk, lactic ferments, salt and rennet.
