The Treccia di Fior Di Latte is a product similar to the knot in consistency and manufacture. Like the other mozzarella, it is a fresh stretched curd cheese obtained by processing only Italian cow's milk, knotted by hand, with a shiny shape, fibrous consistency and candid color.
Due to its characteristic shape, it is widely used in cooking in raw preparations. Excellent for enriching appetizers and buffets for any occasion.
INGREDIENTS: Italian cow's milk, lactic ferments, salt and rennet.
