Our story begins in 1967 in Sala Consilina (SA), in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. The helm of the company has passed into the hands of three generations of the Paventa family, making use of the hard work of dad Giovanni and mom Vincenza.
We have been producing cheeses for over fifty years, preserving processing techniques handed down from generation to generation.

Thanks to the processing techniques used, all our products keep the natural characteristics of milk intact.
