The taste of authenticity
For the production of our dairy products we only use certified high quality milk, carefully selected from local collection centers that find it from farms in Campania, Basilicata and Puglia.
Our production
The production plant and the sales point are located in Sala Consilina (SA) in the heart of the Cilento and Vallo di Diano National Park. We specialize in the production and sale (retail and wholesale) of cheeses derived from cow's milk, as per the tradition of our land.
The counter of our store offers a vast assortment of fresh products: mozzarella, mozzarella, caciocavalli, fresh ricotta and scamorze.
Our dairy production is enhanced by the Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP, made by processing buffalo milk from Salerno.
We also produce a wide range of products for pizzerias, restaurants and catering.
