The Burrino it is a very particular and tasty variant of scamorza. It is produced with the spinning scamorza pasta but at the time of manual molding a ball-shaped heart of cow butter is added. This fresh cheese, once formed, will look like a smoked cheese in all but will contain a tasty surprise inside!
Much appreciated when cut, the burrino is one of the most caloric and tasty products in our range due to the addition of butter.
