There Scamorza Smoked is a stretched curd cheese obtained by processing only Italian cow's milk. It shares all the processing stages with the white scamorza, except for the smoking one. In this phase, the product is smoked using the smoke produced by the combustion of straw and shavings which give it the flavor and aroma typical of smoke, as well as a shaded brown and brown color, an exclusive feature of this product.

It comes with the classic pear shape, short neck and head, has a smooth surface and compact consistency. Due to the technique used for smoking it has a strong and intense taste.

 

INGREDIENTS: Italian cow's milk, lactic ferments, salt and rennet.
