The Silano Smoked is a variant of smoked scamorza. The milk used, strictly fresh Italian cow's milk and the production techniques are identical for both products. The different shape and a greater unit weight make the silane perfect for use in the kitchen.
The smoking phase is also carried out in the same way, in order to best enhance the typical flavors and smells of the product through the smoke emanating from the combustion of straw and shavings.
INGREDIENTS: Italian cow's milk, lactic ferments, salt and rennet.
